We will contact you immediately if the items you have ordered are not in stock, however, please rest assured that this is very rare as we maintain good stock levels of all advertised items. Returns policy
You may return any product purchased from our website subject to the following:

Items must be returned within 10 days of purchase

Items must be unused and in a saleable condition
Items such as wigs, makeup, teeth or underwear must be returned unopened and unused
We do not refund shipping costs: it is your responsibility to return items to us. We cannot be held responsible for any damage caused by shipping.
